As long as the various federal guidelines and insurance companies allow, clients can choose to continue receiving their services via telehealth. However, if you wish to return to the office for in-person meetings, you will be asked to sign a waiver acknowledging the updated policies and procedures regarding in-office sessions. Please be prepared to adhere to the following requirements
- A protective facial covering must be warn at all times in the office (adults and children)
- Clients will wait outside or in the car until they are notified by the staff that they may come into the office for their session. (Please call the office when you arrive in the parking lot so we know you are waiting)
- If you have been in contact with anyone exposed to the virus in the two weeks prior to your appointment, you must reschedule your appointment or agree to a telehealth session
- For child clients, parents or guardians may accompany them into the office and to pay any fees they are responsible for. However, they will be required to wait outside or in their car during the session. The office will contact them to let them know when they may return to the office at the end of the session or meet with the therapist
